A Rights Management Services (RMS) Client Access License (CAL) and a Windows Server Client Access License (CAL) is required for each user or device that accesses the Rights Management Services software. Please purchase the appropriate number of user or device CALs for each user or device that accesses the Rights Management Services software. This is a three-year subscription to an RMS user CAL.
